Not everyone who uses a long arm has skill and experience shooting a long

Shotguns*, for example, are included in the longarm skill.  The skills which
make someone a skilled sheet shooter do *not* translate to skill at shooting
at long distances.  Under the current Millenniums End skill system, someone
who does well in the weekly trap shoot has an equal chance of making an 800
m rifle shot.  So what should we do - penalize the skilled shotgun shooter
or provide an additional skill that reflects the separate skilsl and
experience of long range shooting?

Whoa there=) i agree with you...i was just playing devils advocate for
a second....we need to look at both sides.  SHOULD we add another subskill to
aim specifically for long range shots ie "snipe shooting"?  Personally, i
think yes.  Should we add one for shotgun fireing too?  I dunno
