yeah, they may be hard to swallow. but ususal they are 
non-letal ammo.


a very secondary meaning:

sometimes a not real polite, but rather accepted german 
nickname for cops is "Bullen" (bulls). adressing female 
officers as "bullette" will surely be understood, but 
one would probably regret it.
