Task Force Games' Delta Force (and Companion) has some plans, mostly for
various terrorist camps, but also for a Boeing 747 and an Oil Drilling Rig.

And for those '20's games, not much beats "Horror on the Orient Express"
(for CoC) for plans of a luxury train ;)
