My thanks to all of you - literally from all over the world! - who wrote to help me with my computer problem. Your diagnosis and solution was universal - change the battery on the motherboard! Said battery is now changed, and (so far <G> ) the clock is keeping good time again. What a group we have here - I'm proud to be a part of it. Ann
