Something to think about the next time someone starts talking about making 
omelettes. And what would BE / BE have to say about its employees being 
sought in connection with this type of crime...

<BR>I think you may find that a number of countries (Belgium springs to mind) 
<BR>have passed laws that allow individuals to be tried in their courts for 
<BR>"crimes against humanity" commited anywhere in the world. Furthermore, 
<BR>because these are national courts individuals can bring prosecutions, it 
<BR>doesn't have to be a government.
<BR>
<BR>From an ME standpoint that means that a cell could perform a job in any 
<BR>country, for &nbsp;an individual, corporation or government and if they play dirty 
<BR>could end up being "sought for questioning" by the police of a completely 
<BR>unrelated third state.
