      I would be interested in any caselaw or anything you have seen to
support this, because I can find no code that states this on the web, or in
my 2000 California Penal Code book.
      Also, someone mentioned it earlier i believe and someone said
no....but YES, armored car companies CAN purchase and use High-Capacity
magazines for their employees.

      The only regulation on High -Cap Mags i find is in reference to the
manufacture, importation, borrowing, lending, or offering for sale of the
magazines themselves.  There are no stipulations on the firearms they are
used in.
