Researchers at the munich technical university have already build a 
collision-evasion system, which is going to be integrated into the next 
generation of transport aircraft for the german airforce. With that system, 
transportes ca fly at about 30m AGL without the need of a pilot.
Also, Airbus has already started to build a feature into their airliners, 
which makes it possible for ground control to steer an aircraft against the 
pilots will. Ok, one problem solved, next one arises in that case...
