This would be the Master Key Shotgun System (MKSS), a Remington 870 pump cut down that does indeed fit nicely under the foregrip of the M16/M4 family. The weapon hold 4 shots only, and it may not be fired if not attached to a rifle as it has no rear grip of its own.
