Mexico - revolutionaries backed by former ruling party PRI have announced 
that they will begin a campaign to topple the Vicente Fox administration.  
Only civil unrest thusfar but could easily go in a very dangerous direction.

Colombia - CNN has at least one story a day about deteriorating conditions.  
The ME description of Colombia looks awfully optimistic compared to reality.

Chechnya - American was kidnapped on Monday by rebels and the Russians are 
washing their hands of the entire affair.

Northern Ireland - a group calling itself "The Real IRA" is pledging to 
renew terrorist attacks against the UK.

United States - Earth Liberation Front is poised to begin a rash of bombings 
and arson according to the FBI.  A string of murdered hunters is suspected 
to be linked to this group as well.
