Millenniumsend.com minor update

Have done a minor update on millenniumsend.com

It includes putting up a simple poll script and overwriting a .pdf, the
new zealand .pdf file have been corrected by Robert Matheson  at the
suggestion of Leon Harrison.

I am working on a getting at upload script to work, so that people can
upload to millenniumsend.com without ftp services - it is a long story.
