The Patriot was a semi-auto only pistol, that is now out of production.  As it has no sights and is STANAG compatible, stats are largely going to depend on what type of sights you bolt on and what size magazine you use.

Patriot w/ Trijicon ACOG Compact (2x) and 30-round magazine

If you go with compact iron sights, IA is going to be around 17.  Without any type of  sights, IA 10.
