Burst is a short "burst" of rounds, the exact amount depends on the weapon,
but usually its around 3-4 rounds.  Full auto fires the full ROF rounds
listed for auto, burst is a lot easier to control than auto, but auto works
great for supression fire or firing into a large group.
you have to roll for each shot in any case, and the more successive shots
you fire, the higher the modifer for that shot, for instance you fire 5
shots, it's -10 on the 2nd shot, -20 on the second shot, etc.....
