NAME : Triacetone triperoxide (TATP)

STREET NAME : Home made C-4 or acetone peroxide

COLOR : White

TEXTURE : Similar to coarse salt, can also be found in solid form (block)

BASE CHEMICALS : Hydrogen peroxide, acetone and xxx or yyy acid

Ping-Pong balls dissolved in acetone can also be added to obtain a more
solid form

STABILITY : When in solution in acetone - relatively stable When dry - very
sensitive to heat, friction and impact

USES : Booby traps to protect drug labs, hydroponic operations and possibly
marijuana plantations, plus other uses
