This is a MAJOR breakthrough.  I've been following
this for a long time and am thrilled to see it happen.

The water-soluble fibers are worrisome for me though. 
"Spray them down with water before you shoot them."

I can see the Army bringing their equipment (like
tents) to the field in bottles and spinning what they
need on the front lines.
