Are you talking about an internally suppressed rifle or something with a bolt-on can?

The only references I have to Stoner SR-16s are airsoft weapons made by Wolf Studio and Tokyo Marui.

KAC (Knight Armament Company) does make the SR-15 M4 Carbine and M5 Rifles, which are their versions of the M4A1 and M16A4. The SR stands for Stoner Rifle. Considering KAC's very close relationship with US special operations, a run of select fire versions is certainly not out of the question. The name SR-16 would then be appropriate. Visually and stat wise, these rifles would be nearly indistinguishable from Colt M4A1s.
