BlackEagle Uniform Security

Would or should BlackEagle establish a uniformed security division (or 
subsidiary)?  

There would seem to be a market for long term or high visibility security 
commitments that are not appropriate for normal operations cells.  In 
addition to a steady revenue stream, the uniform division would also serve as 
advertising for the company, act as a training ground for cell operatives, 
and free cells for more high-revenue operations.
