Norway rats are pretty strong and 3 or 4 oz of C-4 makes a pretty good 
bang.  Figure the rat gets into the air ducts and goes bang over your 
desk for instance.  Am not anything resembling an expert on explosives 
but wouldn't a charge that size be pretty lethal at say 7 or 8 feet?
