First Windows release...

... is available at

http://soli.inav.net/~rjhansen/MillenniumsEnd.exe

(You may have to click "Save Link As..." in order to download it.) Please
note that this version is _not_ a true Windows application. It runs at
the command-line only. For instance, if you have it in a folder named
MilEnd, you'd do the following:

1.  Click Start-->Run
2. Type "command" for Win95/98/ME, "cmd" for Win2K/XP
3. You're now at a DOS prompt. Type "cd \path\to\MilEnd"
4.  Type "MillenniumsEnd.exe <mass factor> <trauma level> <region>

For instance, if you want to hurt someone with a mass factor of 1.0 for TL
14 in Region 2, you'd type

"MillenniumsEnd.exe 1.0 14 2"

... and watch the results.

This is going to be the last release of the back-end barring any
substantial unforeseen problems. The next version will have a pleasant
GUI and <blah blah blah>. This release will hopefully be somewhat useful,
and will also give everyone a chance to test it out to make sure I'm
crunching the numbers correctly.
