I concur.  The plotline could be swiped verbatim and used very well in ME.

Also, the technical adviser is a Navy SEAL and the director's brother.  He 
did a great job.  Watch for the scene in the alleyway where Taye Diggs 
switches his shotgun from his right shoulder to his left shoulder to take 
advantage of cover.  Or the scene where Benicio Del Toro's Galil runs dry.  
He pats down all of his pockets looking for extra mags and when he can't 
find any, he transitions to his sidearm.  Nice.  All these little touches 
are very subtle, but it is nice to see actors in a film handle weapons like 
weapons and not props.
