MacLeon in Free Colorado? Blake Aviation Security Investigation ContinuesAgents of Blake Aviation Security have recently been spotted in Denver, reportedly searching for missing Air Action Weekly editor, Nero MacLeon. MacLeon disappearedalong with an entire zeppelinon a trip to the People's Collective. Alfred Tennyson, principal aide-de-camp of BAS founder Paladin Blake, would not comment on the matter as of press time. "I'm afraid I can't comment on an ongoing investigation." Blake himself could not be reached for comment, which has prompted speculation that the normally reporter-friendly aviation security tycoon is actually in the field. Tennyson: "Again, we can't comment on the investigation, or Mr. Blake's whereabouts right now." Blake's more recent outings on the West Coast have not been spectacular successes; air pirate Nathan Zachary and his Fortune Hunters have, in past months, hammered BAS forces in Pacifica and cost Blake his contract with Boeing. Despite the uncommon secrecy from BAS, eyewitnesses report several Blake squadrons clashing with ground emplacements in the foothills of the Free Colorado Rockies, not far from the notorious pirate enclave, Sky Haven. Sky Haven has long been a hotbed of pirate activity, a fortress that has withstood attacks from several militia and mercenary squadrons. According to Tennyson, however, the reports of action in Free Colorado are greatly exaggerated. "I have no reports of a significant engagement in Free Colorado, though a routine investigation is underway." Rest assured, Air Action Weekly is closely watching events in Free Colorado.
