Nice scenario idea. That could be really cool, but I'd
run it under a changed premise.

I had some good information on a similar topic quite
some time ago. The bottom of the Barrant's sea is
littered with old reactors that were cut out of the
bottom of boats as well as a few subs. There's a loose
watch on the area, and some of the reactors and
weapons are at a salvagable depth, so long as you
bribe the watchers enough. Or you could just palm one
off from one of the rotting subs in dry-dock.
