Unreliable.  Remember: the more moving parts, the greater the likelihood
something will break.  If you double the number of parts in a magazine
moving from a normal 30-rounder to a 100-rounder, you're going to have
not double the problems, but four or eight or--etc.  Mechanical
reliability is usually inversely proportional to a power of the number
of parts.
