ME Firearms question

I have been wondering of how BE handles firearms for its personnel
in ME?

Looking at laws in Finland, the system would be that BE would own
all equipment (from silenced pistols to mortars). Then BE employees
would ask and get side-permits that allows them to carry and use
certain specific weapons. Ie. Gun number123456 is assigned permit
to carry for individual X and then individual Y when they are working
to BE. This would make legally easy to carry whatever they need.
Thus when work contract is finished, the license individual has to
gun 123456 will simply be revoked by BE upon termination of employee
contract.

Naturally some of the more difficult weapons, such as RCLs, machineguns,
mortars are probably not available to street work at all (due explosive
storing laws) but they could be used to training work in BE own area
(in rural area) where explosives are legal to store. Automatic firearms
licenses would be difficult to get for street work but probably easy
to training duty (and due large number of former military personnel)
the side-license would be easier as well.

Small easily conceable weapons would be difficult to get permit per se,
but BEs security work background would make it easier too. And ofcourse
BE makes sure it has silencers so that the noise is minimum when in
shooting range (saves everyones troubles when noise is lower).

What is your take on how BE handles firearms policy in Miami?
