       Because there is no way to take the guns away.  The gun trade in 
programs are less than effective as are governmetn seizure.  Again, as i said 
before, laws only affect LAW-ABIDING citizens.  Criminals are not gonna give 
up their guns.  Therefore, we would have an unarmed poulace ripe for the 
picky of the criminal community.
