Thanks for the link.  However, the rules contained therein only allow one to 
calculate values, not learn what they precisely mean.  For instance, the 
Acceleration, Braking, and Curve values are all cryptically listed as "#/#". 
  Does the value "Limitation" refer to kph?  Sorry to come across as a bit 
of a dunce, for cars are far from familiar to me.
