I don't think B/E would be hired directly to do security for something
that big. However:

* bodyguarding specific people who don't trust the host country's security;

* finding, for the widow of the protester, who that carabiniero was and
  hurting him a lot;

* kidnapping someone who's behind all that security (legitimate or
  otherwise)...
