Probably kill him.  A fall from 30 km would take at least 6-7 
minutes.  The first minute or two the temperature will be 
falling rapidly, going from about -40 Celsius when he starts
to a low of about -80 Celsius as he passes through the 
tropopause.  Two minutes exposed at those sort of temperatures
would be very nasty.

I don't know what the lack of oxygen would do, that may well
be enough to kill him in its own right.
