For whatever reason, the SMTP server at
millenniumsend.com has been fixed by my provider. 
They claim there isn't a problem, but the problem was
not resolved until after I sent them my email with my
raw data logs.

Thank you, everyone, for the assistance and additional
tidbits of information that helped me compose a
thorough email of the situation.
