I don't. Most of the comment I've seen from outside the USA has been
"well, they've been sponsoring terrorism and training people to do it
for long enough, why shouldn't they get the benefit of it the way
everybody else has?".

Don't mistake government "opinions" for anything that's thought by
actual real people.
