It is absolutely important that your players
understand that they can VERY EASILY DIE in the
Millennium's End setting, versus the D&D setting.

Understanding that if they poke their heads up to take
a peek during the firefight, they can be picked off
and INSTANTLY KILLED, compared to having a few
hit-points taken away like in D&D.

If this is the ONLY advice you take and use, it will
make your session MUCH BETTER, than making your
players re-generate new characters all day long.
