There was a window sticker for your car, that came
with the Blackeagle Operative's handbook.  It is
extremely rare to see one today.  I have one, but
don't want to peel it to get the logo.

It is a pair of interlocking "B's" and is very classy.

As for colors, I was thinking a Black hat with Red and
White logo with bright white lettering.  The
embroidery will be on the front only.  Having anything
embroidered in a secondary place on the hat would add
extra cost that I don't think people want to absorb.

My DREAM hat would be a black hat with a red bill. 
Interlocking B's logo on the front in Red and White. 
FlexFit so there is no hole in the back. 
"Blackeagle/Blackeagle" embroidered on the back in
white.  The purpose of the hat is visibility in
tactical situations.  The purpose of the Polo is just
as a corporate shirt.  If we look at the Tactical
situational apparel, a T-shirt with silkscreening
might be something.  A nice gawdy shirt would do
nicely.
