[ME]: Ballistic gell or the "no man down" system

Hey everybody,

You guys may have covered this already, but i'd like
to know what's available as far as stats go for the
"no man down" system i saw on the discovery channel a
while back.

Can anyone tell me more about how this ballistic gell
stuff works, and what kind of stats it would have for
ME?
