I finally found it.  There is an improved M203 that
the producing company (not named) is calling a
"Talon."  The mounting bar is modular, and the M203
can be taken off, and with proper brackets, the Ithaca
Stakeout model shotgun can be mounted, with grip
trigger attached.

It is a 4-round pump of 12 or 20 gauge.
