There are numerous systems that mate a shotgun to a rifle.  The oldest and 
most common are those similar to the Ciener Ultimate where the a conventional 
shotgun has the stock repmoved and is mounted to the rifle by clips.  The 
newer variety is along the lines of the KAC Masterkey which is a heavily 
modified shotgun attched to the rifle by means of a RIS.  Finally there are 
those that are specifically designed to be used in conjunction with the 
rifle.  This latter category includes the Colt Competition LSS which is in 
the Block 2 SOPMOD kit.

Ciener Ultimate can be found in the Ultramodern Firearms.
KAC Masterkey is on Ryan's website.
Colt Competition LSS is still pretty much a mystery.  Weighs 2.6 pounds, does 
not extend beyond the muzzle of an M4, magazine fed, and a barrel somewhere 
around seven inches.
