Yes, her civil liberties have.  There's an obvious Fourth Amendment issue:
the government must not abridge one's right to be secure in "person, papers
and effects".  If Anheuser-Busch is undertaking these precautions at
governmental request, then they're acting as an agent of the government, and
thus, the searches are patently illegal.

As the learned Justice Holmes wrote, "the Constitution is not a suicide
pact"--i.e., the Constitution itself may be suspended if necessitated by a
clear national emergency.  The Constitution contains the mechanism required
to suspend itself: namely, Congress must impose martial law.  The President
cannot; Lincoln tried, and was overturned by the Supreme Court.
