Hmm. No ofence to the Americans on this list, but if that's the case, then there's something seriously screwed with US
law, if you cannot, by law, secure the safety of your population, by imposing common-sense precautions at the behest of
the Government. I *do* understand, however, the graity of the conundrum the USG now finds itself in.


      that is incorrect........we are allowed to use the "resonable" rule.  If an officer of the law has a good reason of thought that a person may be carrying illegal items, they may search WITHOUT a warrent.
      Such as, if an officer pulls you over for driiving eratically, he/she may administer a breathalizer AND search your vehicle for open containers.
      note: this is a simplistic example, but those serve best.
