My vote is for #3, Vyapari.

This translation seems more 'corporate', somehow - has the connotation (to
me) of a large, involved Corporation or Business, such as the Mafia.

'Dukanvala' seems smaller, as in an individual or private unit, such as a
shop or a division of the corporation.

Suggestion - have a number of individual Dukanvala (plural unknown) that go
together to make up the Vyapari.  This way, the concern can be
international.
