Problem is that seeing isn't believing.  Whenever anyone says
"minigun", they usually mean "multibarrel Gatling firing 4,000 to
6,000 rounds per minute".  There is simply no way any human being
could fire a Gatling unassisted at multiple thousands of RPM.  The
torque alone would dislocate your shoulders.

I suspect that in this photograph the minigun was firing at a
drastically reduced ROF to minimize the torque that the firer had to
control.  If so, then while it's technically firing a minigun from
the hip, it's basically equivalent to firing off a 100-pound Uzi from
the hip.  It's not the equivalent of 4,000-6,000 RPM from the hip.
