Re: F-16s in my backyard

Hi.

Just a SWAG (Sophisticated Wild Ass Guess), but they may be thinking contaigion containment, and reduction of damage to
vital assets (Pilots and ground crew, for one thing), should a bio/chem war attack hit an air base. Prevention is better
than cure.

> 2. What is the predecence for this action?

World War Two Airfield dispersion in the UK.

> 3. What type of support troops do we need to maintin 3 fighters?

Three full ground crews, eng/airframe techs and mechs, avionics mechs and techs, armourers, etc. Not a small team,
although they can be pread over the three a/c to reduce force size, say by using a team and a half per flight of three.

Pass. Try one on sport, mate.

> 5. Any one know anything about this?

Nope. And if quoted, I will deny everything (including manned space flight)!

Heh. So's a Duck-Billed Platypus!
