Yes, they do.  They have apparently changed their policy in recent years.
The US requires you, however, to renounce your prior countries citizenship
upon oath.  Not all countries, however, require you to renounce prior
citizenship.  Israel, for example, does not require you to renounce US
citizenship.

I cannot, however, vouch for any of the information contained in the
document.  It contains links to the appropriate case law, so someone was
either into elaborate charades or might have actually done some homework.
