500m.  Hitting a man-sized target at 500m isn't tremendously difficult,
either--I can't imagine why the other services don't require 500m quals.

Army still quals at 300m.

I may be off on these numbers, BTW--I seem to recall 500/300, not
300/200.  I can't imagine the Marines have abandoned their old 500m
ranges.
