Caseless ammo is dead on arrival.  It can't provide any decisive
tactical advantage if there are no troops equipped with them.  Had the
G11 project continued, there could've been some very nice things as a
result, but... it's quite dead, more the shame.

Bullpupped weapons are (a) older than 50 years and (b) don't provide
decisive tactical advantages.  See my posts of a few days ago.

The optical sight issue is, at best, murky.  I fail to see any decisive
tactical advantage with them.  Receiver carrying handles, you must be
joking.  Give me a Ching Sling.  :)
