Yes, the one which killed two german and three danish soldiers.  According 
to "spiegel-online", a german news website, german and danish inspectors 
found the reason for the accident: the team, against all regulations, 
wanted to disassemble one of the rockets. During this, one soldier worked 
with a screwdriver and a hammer on the warhead section... this resulted in 
the explosion.
