    Most of my players (most are not gun "nuts" like thier GM) look to me
for recomendations.  Historicaly, it's been MP5 family, SIG pistols, one
player likes the ultra-compact M16 varients (his choice, not mine), another
prefers Para-Ordinace for thier sidearms.  The players on their own did
standardize thier tactical kit; everyone carried compatable MP5/10s, Glock
20 and 29, and HK G36s.  On the street though it was personal choice.
    Latly the players are branching out and trying differant things.  The
P90 is the current fad.

Generaly sidearms are first, then some pick up smgs or shotguns.  One player
gets a Barrett M82 every game, never uses it, just wants one.

I prefer the SIG family.  Usually a 229 or 239 in .357, for carry.
Although, the next character may go for the 245 or HK UPS 45 varient.
Benelli M1 Super 90 is usually next (love shotguns).  SMGs tend to be some
flavor of MP5.  I tend to go with 7.62mm something for battle rifle, though
seldom get to use it.

My players have not tried that yet.  They have been on the recieving end,
