Yes.
It's why anything used for handling classified
material has been TEMPEST secured for donkey's years.
The cases and CRTs are designed for less leak and you
don't have windows in the office (rather obvious, that
one!)
It's nothing new and it's a lot easier than it used to
be with older dumb terminals, because today's PCs are
often cheap rubbish. Check the current leak difference
between a cheap keyboard and a (shudder) MS one.
That's a different EM signal being leaked for each and
every keystroke you make, and that's not tricky to
pick up 100m away.
