on the SLA Station Analysis list (which has about 200 times the volume
of mail that this list does, but that's not a bad thing...) there's
been a lot of Challenges (Mike Fortey knows what i'm talking about) to
post just ideas to the list, so here goes, (and yes Mike i'm blatantly
ripping off Sue here ;-)  in the next week, everyone post a scenario
idea of any size, but at least one paragraph ;-)

oh, i'm gonna get my ass kicked for this....
my idea in the next few days ;-)

i'll compile the lot and dump it on the ISG website...
