Photocopies of the FBI incident review report can be read
here:http://foia.fbi.gov/shooting/shooting1a.pdf

I've posted an FBI report on their wound ballistics studies on my site:
http://home.earthlink.net/~virtualpender/ammo/fbiwound.html

If your question was asking what weapon the Bureau switched to, the timeline
basically runs like this:
--1979ish - 1988 = S&W Model 19 or 66 .357 Magnum revolvers or S&W Model 59
9mm pistol
--1989ish - 1992 = S&W Model 1076 10mm pistol
--1993 - 1998 = SIG/Sauer P226 or P228 9mm pistols
--1999 - present = Glock 22, 23, and 27 .40 S&W pistols

Hope this answers your question.

Ryan
