New BE office justifications

I'm glad this has sparked lively and civilized debate.
 Thanks to all of you that have contributed to this
line of discussion.

Apparently, everyone likes Buenos Aires.  Please take
a look at

Budapest is the capital of Hungary.  Hungary (along
with Poland) are the two most successful former
Eastern Bloc countries.  Of the former Soviet
Republics, the only one that has viable stability is
the Ukraine.  Considering that three of the four
European offices are in London, Brussels, and Berlin
(all northern Europe) and with one office in Rome
(which I would guess would handle Africa), the logic
choice would to place the new office South and East.

This choice would make Warsaw unviable.  Kiev would be
a good choice, but there is the stability issues. 
This would leave Budapest.  Budapest is also an
extremely historical place with a great deal of
mythology, that I felt would be condusive to
Role-Play.

Istanbul, though a viable option, is mostly Islamic. 
Considering the WIJ vendetta against BE, the security
issues would be enormous.

Singapore was chosen for some very clear reasons. 
High Technology business has made Singapore a very
important place.  The government, though strict, is
very open to Western business, as long as you abide by
their civil codes.  Another strong point is the fact
that Singapore, due to the High Tech, is a serious hub
for Internet/GenNet activity.  Drugs may be the very
reason BE is there, since they could be used to
bolster Law Enforcement efforts.

Malaysia is a good choice, and I clearly admit this. 
They have High Tech and the stories of having armed
guards escorting a truck full of micro-processors
since the Intel facility is broken into two areas,
divided by about 200 yards...

Ultimately, I'm weak on Singapore, and will be happy
to field other suggestions.  Malaysia is one that
makes sense to me.

Buenos Aires seems to have good support broadly, and
Budapest seems to still have a strong standing.
