US or international blacks apparently receive a different reaction from
whites or natives.  The African population is aligned along a tribal basis.
Outsiders don't really fit the model.  They don't receive equal treatment
from any of the groups.  They aren't white, so that group doesn't respect
them.  They aren't African natives, so they don't get respect from that
group either.  A group composed of international blacks would, however,
stick out less than sending a cell that included Chinese-American, Latinos
and northern Europeans.
