planning on New Delhi for a near future expansion, 
sounds good, but have we already settled on singapur?
the more i think of it, the more i like kualu 
lumpur,malaisia, even if partly islamic. singapur irl 
seems to be very paternalistic/restrictiv, and even if 
be/be is a "good guy" company, some canonic missions 
haven't been exactly following the letters of the law.

students being there reported both have decent air and 
rail connections, roads generally suck. be/be has no 
dedicated marine/amphibious component except operatives 
hobbies, so why bother for a coast? go where the money 
is! bombay?

imho capetown has more "european/traditional", durban a 
more "american/modern" atmosphere from a tourist view. 
speaking business they are both poor seconds to the 
johannesburg area.

on the risk of getting flamed: in my be/be campaign 
there is no visual risk of racism as we all play 
caucasians with occasional hispanics thrown in for 
atmosphere.
how many black be/be employees are there and would it 
make sense to transfer some temporarily to a future 
south african office?
